Notes

To make the best Carlo Rossi Sangria, keep a few tips in mind:

  • Choose Fresh Fruits: Use a mix of fresh oranges, lemons, limes, and berries to bring out the best flavors. You can even throw in apples or peaches for added sweetness.
  • Chill It Well: Sangria tastes best when it's served chilled. Let the drink sit in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours to allow the flavors to blend. If possible, let it rest overnight for an even richer taste.
  • Add A Little Fizz: For a sparkling touch, add a splash of soda water or lemon-lime soda just before serving. This gives the sangria a light and bubbly twist.
  • Sweeten to Taste: If you prefer a sweeter sangria, feel free to add a little more sugar or honey to your mix. You can also use sweetened fruit juice.
  • Serve with Lots of Ice: Sangria is best enjoyed cold, so don’t forget to serve it over plenty of ice. This also helps to dilute the drink slightly, balancing the sweetness.
