Ingredients

  • White Beans = 01 can 15 oz (cannellini or navy beans) (drained and rinsed)
  • Vegetable = 04 cups broth (or chicken broth)
  • Small Pasta = 01 cup like ditalini or elbow macaroni
  • Oregano = 01 teaspoon dried
  • Basil = 01 teaspoon dried
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese = 1/2 cup Optional
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish (Optional)

Method
 

  1. Step by Step Instructions:
Step 01: Heat Olive Oil
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Step 02: Sauté Vegetables
  1. Add onion, carrots, and celery.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 03: Add Garlic
  1. Stir in minced garlic.
