Ingredients
  

  • Fresh Scallops = 01 lb

  • Fresh Parsley = 01 tablespoon chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step by Step Instructions:
Step 01: Prepare the Scallops
  1. Pat the scallops dry using paper towels.
  2. Season them with salt and pepper.
Step 02: Heat the Butter
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring often.
Step 03: Cook the Scallops
  1. Place scallops in the skillet.
  2. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  3. Remove scallops from the pan and set aside.
Step 04: Make the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, pour in white wine (optional).
  2. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add heavy cream and whisk it in.
  4. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
Step 05: Add Cheese and Lemon
  1. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice (optional).
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Step 06: Return the Scallops to the Pan
  1. Place scallops back in the pan.
  2. Spoon the sauce over them.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Step 07: Serve
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  2. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
