Method
 

  1. Step by Step Instructions:
Step 1: Add Yogurt
  1. Place the yogurt in a large clean bowl.
  2. Use a spoon to stir until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Prepare Cucumber
  1. Grate or finely chop the fresh cucumber.
  2. Gently squeeze to remove all extra water.
Step 3: Add Cucumber
  1. Add the prepared cucumber into the yogurt bowl.
  2. Stir well to mix both ingredients together.
Step 4: Add Herbs and Garlic
  1. Add crushed garlic, chopped dill, and fresh mint.
  2. Sprinkle a little salt for taste.
  3. Mix everything until fully combined.
Step 5: Adjust Texture
  1. If it’s too thick, add some cold water.
  2. Stir gently until the texture feels just right.
Step 6: Chill the Mixture
  1. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge.
  2. Let it chill for at least 30 minutes.
Step 7: Garnish and Serve
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  2. Add more herbs to make it look nice.
