  • Green Chilies = 01–02 chopped (Optional)
  • Turmeric Powder = ½ teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds = 01 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder = 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala = ½ teaspoon
  • Tomatoes = 02 medium chopped
  • Fresh Mushrooms = 02 cups sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Cilantro chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Step by Step Instructions:

Step 01: Heat the Oil

  • Warm oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 02: Add Cumin Seeds

  • Add cumin seeds and let them pop for 30 seconds.

Step 03: Sauté the Onions

  • Add chopped onions and cook until golden and soft.

Step 04: Add Garlic, Ginger, and Green Chilies

  • Stir in garlic, ginger, and green chilies for 1 minute.

Step 05: Add Spices

  • Add turmeric, coriander, and garam masala. Stir gently.

Step 06: Add Tomatoes

  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.

Step 07: Stir in Mushrooms

  • Add sliced mushrooms and mix well with the spices.

Step 08: Cover and Simmer

  • Cover the pan and cook on low for 10-12 minutes.

Step 09: Season with Salt

  • Add salt and stir well.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 10: Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
