Turmeric Powder = ½ teaspoon
Cumin Seeds = 01 teaspoon
Coriander Powder = 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala = ½ teaspoon
Tomatoes = 02 medium

Fresh Mushrooms = 02 cups
sliced
Salt to taste
Fresh Cilantro
chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step by Step Instructions:
Step 01: Heat the Oil
Warm oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 02: Add Cumin Seeds
Add cumin seeds and let them pop for 30 seconds.
Step 03: Sauté the Onions
Add chopped onions and cook until golden and soft.
Step 04: Add Garlic, Ginger, and Green Chilies
Stir in garlic, ginger, and green chilies for 1 minute.
Step 05: Add Spices
Add turmeric, coriander, and garam masala. Stir gently.
Step 06: Add Tomatoes
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
Step 07: Stir in Mushrooms
Add sliced mushrooms and mix well with the spices.
Step 08: Cover and Simmer
Cover the pan and cook on low for 10-12 minutes.
Step 09: Season with Salt
Add salt and stir well.
Cook for 2 more minutes.
Step 10: Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Serve hot and enjoy!
