Method
 

  1. Step by Step Instructions:
Step 01: Poach the Eggs
  1. Fill a large saucepan with water and heat.
  2. Add vinegar (optional) and stir to create a whirlpool.
  3. Crack one egg into a small bowl.
  4. Gently slide the egg into the whirlpool.
